TASTING WITH RIEDEL GLASSES To the top |
The glass does make a difference. In this tasting each wine is served from a different Riedel glass. Georg Riedel of Austria is the world’s superlative maker of wine glasses, with some 200 different glasses in production. Each glass is intended specifically for a particular wine. We’ll study whether the glass affects the taste of the wine. We think you’ll be surprised! Whilst the wines are interesting in themselves, this time the focus is on wine glasses.
